JS2 Revenant
High-performance self-launcher in 18 m and 21 m: up to 60:1 glide ratio, the proven SOLO NEO drive and Open-Class performance in the large span.
The JS2 combines the aerodynamics of the JS1 airfoils with an all-new fuselage that houses the SOLO 2625 NEO engine. As the official JS partner in Switzerland we configure it personally for how you fly.
Why the JS2
The JS2 is designed for the everyday pilot: exceptional performance paired with effortless operation in the air and on the ground. The retractable SOLO NEO self-launcher frees you from the aerotow.
In its 21-metre configuration the JS2 becomes a serious Open-Class contender — up to 60:1 glide ratio and a steerable, retractable tailwheel for safe ground manoeuvring.

Propulsion — SOLO NEO self-launch
The retractable pylon system carries the SOLO® 2625-02i NEO Silent: a liquid-cooled, fuel-injected twin-cylinder delivering 50 kW (64 hp), paired with an in-house propeller for excellent take-off and climb. Runs on automotive or aviation gasoline, smooth and low-vibration — for true independence without aerotow.
Heritage & certification
What began as an idea for a new fuselage grew into an entirely new aircraft — built on the proven JS1 airfoils. The JS2 is certified under EASA CS-22; type certification via M&D Flugzeugbau, the EASA-approved design organisation.
